All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, style preference, sizing, accidental orders, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer, at our discretion:

  • a replacement (when available), or

  • a refund to the original payment method.

Shipping & Address Issues

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors/building management and contacting the carrier first.
